Bermuda Royal Naval Dockyard

This is a collection of scenes around Bermuda including scenes in the Royal Naval Dockyard.

Large cruise ships dock at the Royal Naval Dockyard in Bermuda. the Dockyard was the principal base of the Royal Navy in the Western Atlantic from the 1790s to the 1980s. It has a large stone fortress that now houses the National Museum of Bermuda. Other areas of the Dockyard have been developed as shopping and dining areas. This is also the area contains the ferry stop which takes visitors to the capital city of Bermuda, Hamilton about 4.5 miles away across the Great Sound.

The Dockyard also has on display the hull of the Oracle Team USA America's Cup boat that raced in the 2017 America's Cup which took place in the Great Sound of Bermuda.
